This is it, the day that your life is going to change! The way that you see yourself is going to be altered into a clear view. The day that you learn to love and accept yourself!
Make sure you read all of these tips to make your day go as smoothly and enjoyable as possible!
Please eat a nice breakfast! This is one meal you do NOT want to skip! Your boudoir session is a bit of a workout and you will be here for 2.5-3.5 hours, please don't starve yourself, and make sure you eat!
Recommended breakfast ideas:
• Wheat toast, avocado, eggs
• Oatmeal with bananas or strawberries
You do not want any dreaded "indents" from your clothes to show up in your beautiful photographs! So when you are getting ready to hop in your car, remember NOT to wear jeans, but instead throw on a maxi dress, t-shirt dress, LOOSE sweatpants, loose undies, no bra preferably to make sure we avoid those marks!
TIP: The ideal outfit to come to the studio in is a t-shirt /maxi dress with nothin underneath!
EXTRA TIP: REMOVE THOSE HAIR TIES ON YOUR WRIST! If I see them on you when we meet I will immediately (after a hug of course...) rip them off! Maybe not that aggressively, but I will tell you to take them off ;)
Shower the night before, or preferably, the morning of your session - make sure you have enough time to air dry your hair or blow dry it if necessary!
You may wear your moisturizer but do NOT put ANY make up on - we do that for you!
Girl, it is 100% normal to be nervous! I always say that the two most nerve-wracking parts is sending the first email (which you have already done - GO YOU!), and ringing the doorbell the morning of your session!
It's normal, because this is out of your comfort zone. Humans are designed to want to stay within their safety bubble, so when you threaten that bubble, nerves set in! Just know that you are not alone, and you are going to not only love your experience, but you will get addicted too!
